Torpoint Community Church (TCC) was formed as a church plant of Grace Community Church, Morval (GCC) in Jan, 2006. This was in response to the long-standing commitment and desire of GCC members living in and around Torpoint to reach out to the community by holding their own local church meetings
The first Pastor of TCC was appointed eight months later. Martin Bunkum now heads up a leadership team who have leadership responsibility for the church until the constitution is completed and elections can be held by church members. The wider church family has recently grown, as a third church plant from Grace church has been founded at Bodmin . (2008).
