Welcome to Torpoint Community Church
We are a lively evangelical church, meeting at a local school in Torpoint Cornwall, on Sunday mornings. There is a wide range of people, from all kinds of backgrounds, who join us for worship and fellowship, both from Torpoint and wider afield.
Who are we and what are we like?!
We are in the mainstream tradition of the historic foundational beliefs of Christianity and enjoy a style of Sunday meeting which is spontaneous by style and informal by nature, where Christianity is shown to be relevant, enriching, need-meeting and extremely practical to face the pressures of life we all feel.
We are unashamedly Bible Based, Christ Centred and People Conscious. Our members, with their mixed ages, know that church is to be a joyful experience not a dreaded dreary duty. We also enjoy meeting with each other and the living God, we enjoy picnics and parties, Fun Days and socials. In fact we are quite normal (well most of us) and human, certainly not perfect, but forgiven.

All visitors are very welcome. On Sundays we serve tea and coffee (10:15am) before our main meeting. We also run midweek community groups where we can draw closer to God and encourage one another. To find out more about what you can expect on a Sunday please see our visitors page.
Meetings
We meet every Sunday starting at 10:30am. We don't have a traditional church building but gather at Carbeile Junior School, Trevol Road, Torpoint. For a map and further details, please see our Find Us page.
